What we collect and why

When you use the enquiry form we collect your name, email address, optional phone number, the type of project and your message. We use this only to reply to your enquiry and provide a quote. Our lawful basis is taking steps at your request before entering a contract, and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries.

Who sees it

Your enquiry is sent to us by email through a third-party form-handling service, which processes it on our behalf. We do not sell your data or use it for marketing without your consent.

How long we keep it

If no work goes ahead we keep your enquiry for [12] months, then delete it. If we do work for you we keep records for as long as needed for accounting, warranty and legal purposes.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, object to how we use it, or ask us to restrict it. Email us at the address above. If you are unhappy, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
